ACCF RUTH WEBB MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Applicant must be a graduating High School senior, be in the top 1/3 of the class, maintain a 2.5 GPA and enroll in a a minimum of 12 hours per semester. Financial need will be considered.
